HERSSA (Hermex Smart Support Assistant) is an AI-driven travel companion app designed to simplify and personalize the travel experience. Built as part of the Hermex ecosystem, HERSSA enables users to book flights, translate conversations, receive travel recommendations, and interact through voice, all in real-time. The goal was to merge AI intelligence, voice technology, and modern UX into a single mobile platform that feels intuitive and human-centered.

Problem
Travelers needed real-time voice and language translation in different countries.
There was no AI layer to automate flight inquiries or itinerary planning.
Integrating speech recognition and synthesis within Flutter while maintaining app performance was a major technical challenge.
Solution
I co-developed HERSSA using a modular and scalable Flutter architecture, blending AI technologies (NLP, TTS/STT) with robust mobile engineering practices.
